An anthology issue featuring multiple crime and adventure stories. "The Boy King" story involves a costumed female hero confronting criminal activity. "Micro-Face" features a blind sculptor named Ralph Vernon who creates a copy of the Cassanova Bowl to prevent a crook named Torpedo from stealing the real one. "Jackie Law" follows a young hero who rescues someone from drowning at the docks and later confronts criminals involved in a racketeering scheme, discovering they are "Dirty Rats" who must be stopped.
