In "Chapter One" of Cleopatra in Space #3, written and illustrated by Mike Maihack with colors by Dan Conner and Kate Carleton, Cleopatra confronts a shocking revelation: her enemy Octavian is the transformed version of her forgotten friend Gozi, a truth that reshapes everything she thought she knew. As ancient prophecies warn of her demise and sacrifice looms, she makes a fateful choice—realizing the academy holds the key to her return, yet deciding to remain. The cover, also by Mike Maihack, captures the moment with striking, otherworldly detail.
