Norihiro Yagi's cover for Claymore Vol. 14 sets a striking, rain-soaked tone: a silver-armored warrior crouches amid the rubble of a crumbling town while a wide-eyed young man looks on in alarm, and a long-haired blonde warrior stands watchfully in the background. The subtitle "A Child Weapon" adds an intriguing layer to that image of youth and battle standing side by side in the downpour. Published by Viz under the Shonen Jump Advanced imprint in 2009, this volume continues Yagi's beautifully rendered world of half-human warriors facing impossible odds.
