Dynamite's Classic Battlestar Galactica series rolls into its fifth issue with a Dave Dorman cover that captures the tension of the original series beautifully — two Colonial Warriors, weapons drawn, press forward against a fiery space battle backdrop while the imposing chrome helmet of a Cylon Centurion looms large behind them, its single red eye scanning for threats. Vipers and spacecraft streak through the chaos in the distance, giving the whole composition a genuine sense of scale and urgency. With Rick Remender writing and Carlos Rafael on interior art, this 2007 Dynamite series clearly has the right creative team to honor the spirit of the classic franchise.
