Civil War II: Kingpin #2

The second chapter of this 2016 Marvel tie-in to Civil War II puts the power imbalance front and center — literally — as a small figure armed with a pistol faces off against the towering, cane-wielding Kingpin against a cool city-map backdrop. Aaron Kuder's cover composition does a lot with negative space, letting sheer size difference say everything about the stakes before you've read a single page. If you've been following Wilson Fisk's moves during Marvel's 2016 event, this series is shaping up to be a tense street-level counterpoint to the bigger conflict.
