A man named Joel experiences supernatural disturbances at his home when his bedroom shutter mysteriously bangs on a windless night, followed by the appearance of witches in his yard. After being captured by natives and brought to a witch doctor's village, Joel falls into a trance where he relives the evil deeds of his past, witnessed by the surrounding natives. The witch doctor then releases him from his bonds, freeing Joel from his torment.
