City Boy #2 finds DC's newest urban hero standing at the heart of a city seemingly alive with tension — Minkyu Jung's cover depicts the protagonist, back turned to the reader, facing a tunnel of warm golden light while massive mechanical and urban debris looms and closes in around him on all sides, scattered newspapers and city objects swirling at his feet.
