The second chapter of this 2002 Marvel miniseries continues writer Fabian Nicieza's exploration of the V-Battalion's shadowy world of legacy heroism. Mike Deodato Jr.'s striking cover — rendered in dramatic grayscale — presents a winged, costumed figure perched atop a building's spire, gripping a large flagpole against a sweeping, cloud-filled sky, the city rooftops stretching out far below. It's a genuinely arresting image, all silhouette and atmosphere, that sets an appropriately brooding tone for "The Good of the Money.
