Citizen Smith, defender of liberty, stands vigil over his father's tomb and receives a mission to stop Nazi and enemy forces plotting to attack America. When dive bombers threaten a military position, Citizen Smith uses his super strength to deflect bombs into enemy ranks and rout the attackers. Later, an enemy agent schemes to trap the townspeople in a prison yard, but Citizen Smith warns the citizens and defeats the spy and his henchmen. In a final sequence, the hero pursues enemy operatives who have kidnapped civilians and taken them to a hidden cave cell, where he confronts the villains and prepares to rescue the prisoners.
