Cheryl Blossom runs a recycling center booth on the cover of this November 1999 Archie Comics issue, flashing her signature smile while a group of admiring guys lines up behind her counter. The real laugh comes from Ethel, who fires back at Cheryl's question with a perfectly timed quip about recycling old boyfriends — complete with little hearts floating in the air.
