Cheetah & Cheshire Rob the Justice League #5

The penultimate chapter of this DC "All In" miniseries finds the heist getting considerably more complicated — as the cover's tagline, "Sticky Fingers, Sticky Situations…," makes deliciously clear. Nicola Scott's cover sets the tension perfectly: a snarling, low-to-the-ground Cheetah lunges toward the viewer while Wonder Woman stands behind her, arms crossed and utterly composed, the Earth visible through a vast space-station window. With Greg Rucka at the helm and Scott's razor-sharp linework bringing every claw and tiara to life, issue #5 promises the kind of smart, high-stakes villainy that makes this series such a treat.
