“Jennie 2.5 - part 2 of 3”

Channel Zero #2 continues Brian Wood's unsettling vision of a media-saturated police state, and the cover sets the tone perfectly — a blurred, ghostly close-up of a face dissolves into static and diagonal interference lines, as if the image itself is being suppressed or surveilled. Legal text bleeds through the design like contraband documents, reinforcing the series' anxious mood, while Warren Ellis's pull quote — "a nasty paranoid dream of a TV nation" — feels less like praise and more like a warning. Wood's stark, graphic design sensibility makes this second chapter of "Jennie 2.5" feel genuinely urgent.
