Sally had been in pictures since she was seven and now she is a teenage singing star of some twenty films. But she wants a break so she sneaks out of her hotel and dyes her hair to be an ordinary girl for a while. She meets Bob at a coffee bar and when he finds out she has just arrived, her family offers to put her up for a week. She enjoys being a part of the Elliot family and avoids telling them who she really is.
