Catman Comics #25 contains multiple stories. In one narrative, Mickey and his allies attempt to stop a criminal gang's plan to rob a bank, with Mickey rushing toward the building as the villains execute their heist. A hypnotized woman named Rita Jordan is being used as a tool by the "Deacon" and his men, who have infiltrated a bank vault, but the heroes work to stop them. In another story set in Hollywood, a woman named Craig encounters soldiers and suspects Japanese sabotage at a military detention camp in Idaho, leading to the discovery and capture of enemy operatives attempting infiltration. A final segment shows Catman apprehending the criminal Schaeffer, alias "Van Cleff," a jewel thief whose hidden diamonds are discovered in a fountain pen, with the young heroes celebrating their victory and reflecting on the criminal's wasted talents.
