# Catman #16 (December 1966) An anthology issue featuring multiple stories. "Rag-Man" follows a masked vigilante named Ragman, with his faithful helper Tiny, as he battles the brutal Baron Von Epp, who is interned in a Canadian military prison where captured Nazis are held; Ragman must stop the Baron's escape plot and his schemes to undermine democracy. "Bye-Bye Axis" depicts Catman fighting enemy forces, with scenes of combat and action against Axis adversaries during wartime operations. The issue also includes a story involving characters Mickey and Katie who become entangled in espionage and wartime intrigue, ultimately being escorted to safety by intelligence operatives.
