Casper and his friends have followed the alien thieves to another planet which is suffering from a terrible drought. They finally catch up to the aliens, who are using Wendy's wand to dig a giant well. They introduce themselves as the Doogoods, who were driven from their planet by a space dragon and are trying to find a new home by helping other planets, hoping to be asked to stay.
