As the Witch Sisters whisper of a plan to turn the woods into a witch-only domain, Casper races to uncover the truth before the missing residents are forgotten.
Casper teams up with the Witch Sisters and a few forest friends to track down their missing companions, including Wendy and Gnewton. When Casper stumbles upon the gates of Fairytale Kingdom, he learns that Papa Piper’s puppets have been imprisoned—accused of theft by a magic-wracked king. With a hunch and a ghostly grin, Casper begins searching for a way to set things right.
In "The Tables Are Turned," Casper stumbles upon a cave filled with puppets—only to discover they’re actually his friends, trapped in magical disguise. With Wendy’s aunts and Papa Piper on his side, he races to undo the spell before the real Wartley’s scheme succeeds.
Spooky’s peace is shattered when Gnorman, a clumsy would-be knight with a dream of slaying a dragon, stumbles through the Enchanted Forest in search of his legendary foe. With dragons harder to find than a quiet night, and Gnorman looking more like a scarecrow than a swordsman, the ghost is left wondering how he’ll ever get some rest.
When gravity suddenly vanishes, Casper finds himself floating through the skies of his neighborhood—until he learns the strange cause: a lost boy named Beelo has escaped from his world, and his people are searching for him. With help from Wendy, the Witch Sisters, Joe, Gus, General, Lieutenant Fub, and a few unexpected allies, Casper sets out to reunite Beelo with his home, all while navigating a world turned upside down—literally.
Casper takes Beelo on a wild tour of the human world, culminating in a visit to an abandoned amusement park where gravity has gone haywire and the crowds float midair. But when Beelo’s own kind swoop in to reclaim him, Casper follows through a hidden tunnel into a strange underground realm—where the real surprises begin.
In "Beelo's World," Casper teams up with Beelo, a small green-skinned Gravitonian whose people control gravity, to escape a giant fly swatter monster and a maze of underground traps. After Beelo is recaptured, Casper journeys to the Gravitonian kingdom, where he convinces the King and the Prime Minister to let Beelo visit the upper world for an annual vacation—on the condition that gravity is restored. The story follows their journey to an abandoned amusement park, where the returning crowd flees at the sight of Casper, leaving the two to face the day’s adventure together.
