Casper Digest #14
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeCasper and Wendy find themselves swept into the bizarre world of Exercise Land, where even the air seems to demand physical exertion. Arrested for idleness, they’re thrown into a relentless routine of drills and jumps—only to discover that the entire place runs on a punishing, sweat-soaked rhythm.
Casper’s ghostly image is chosen to ride aboard a real rocket to the moon, but his jealous friends Spooky and the Ghostly Trio aren’t about to miss out—soon they’re plotting to sneak aboard. With a mix of mischief and moonlight dreams, the spirits are determined to join the journey, even if it means flying through the stars without a ticket.
Casper’s life takes a delightfully silly turn when he wins $100,000 in a sweepstakes—though he’s not sure what to do with it. In a whimsical dream, he imagines handing out the cash across Mother Goose Country, only to wake up to find the money vanished, scattered like dandelion seeds on the wind. With Jack, Jill, Little Miss Muffet, Peter, Peter Pumpkin Eater, Mrs. Old-Lady-Who-Lives-in-a-Shoe, and Humpty Dumpty all caught in the chaos, it’s a laugh-out-loud tale of what happens when fortune comes knocking—even if it doesn’t stay long.
Spooky accidentally makes Poil grow big, sparking her fury—and when she yells "Boo-Ow!" at him, he’s suddenly old. Now he’s got to figure out how to reverse the spell before he’s stuck in his wrinkled, wobbly state, and the only clue lies in shouting the scare backwards.
Casper feels a little down when Wendy leaves for a trip, but Gnorm Gnome comes to the rescue with a cheerful robot buddy—only now, the machine won’t stop following Casper, no matter how hard he tries to get some space.
