Detectives Sato and Takagi go out on a clandestine date to a water park, because they don't want the precinct to gossip about them. There they run into Conan and the Junior Detective League. Conan then notices that Inspector Santos has mobilized the entire precinct's detective squad to spy on Sato and Takagi in hopes of ruining the date. And then, Takagi accidentally picks up the wrong back pack and discovers it filled with cocaine.
