Tubby visits a circus and when seeing the World's Greatest High Wire Artist, Greek Star, Tubby wants to be a high wire artist. Since Tubby is fat, his friends laugh at him for thinking he could be anything but the fat man at the circus. Captain Carvel has Tubby visit Star and Star tells him that he is able to do what he does by eating fresh food and Thinny Thin Frozen Desserts. A few weeks later, Tubby has lost weight and is giving his version of high wire shows for neighborhood kids.
