# An Infernal Citadel Captain Tornado infiltrates a fortified citadel where the notorious Cord John-the-Shark and his crew hold French prisoners. After discovering a knife-blade passage through the citadel walls, Tornado encounters a woman named Yvon and learns of an escape plan. When guards torture Tornado to force Yvon to talk, she orders them to kill him rather than yield, but Tornado survives and lies half-conscious on a mattress while Yvon hopes their escape plan will succeed.
