Captain Marvel #21 (155)
In "Accused Part Four," Captain Marvel and her allies rush back to Earth just in time to join the fight at the Brooklyn Botanical Garden, where Lauri-Ell stands against the Cotati invasion. With the fate of the planet hanging in the balance, Lauri-Ell reassembles the Universal Weapon and unleashes its power to turn the tide. As the dust settles, she takes on a new role as Accuser for the newly united Kree/Skrull Empire, a mantle once held by Carol Danvers. Written by Kelly Thompson and brought to life by Cory Smith with inks by Adriano Di Benedetto, colors by Tamra Bonvillain, and letters by VC's Clayton Cowles, the issue features a striking cover by Jorge Molina.
