Captain Gallant #2

Captain Gallant and his son Cuffy investigate a haunted fort in a remote Moroccan pass that guards the only route into the hills. The fortress is abandoned and believed to be haunted, but Captain Gallant discovers that Sasha Dronek, a criminal, is using the location as a front for his operations. After Cuffy is separated from the Captain during their investigation, he encounters a mysterious Taureg tribesman in the desert who spares his life and helps him, revealing that the tribe is dedicated to peace and will not betray their friend, the legionnaire.
