Captain Easy #14

Captain Easy becomes involved with a young widow in financial distress who needs $100, leading him to investigate an oil gang that murdered a geologist and attempted arson at a hotel to cover their tracks. When Easy overhears the gang's plans to kidnap the widow, he manages to warn her and helps expose the criminals. The story concludes with Easy heroically stopping the gang's plot and reuniting the widow with her friend, a lady wrestler, while resolving the various complications that arose throughout the adventure.
