Captain Easy #1

Captain Easy takes a job as a chauffeur at Castaway, where he becomes suspicious of Mrs. Milbank after noticing she exhibits strange behavior at intervals, theorizing she may be under the influence of a drug delivered via a capsule. When Easy attempts to investigate by switching capsules, Mrs. Milbank's behavior becomes increasingly erratic and dangerous, including a ghostly apparition in the hallway and an attack on young Bobby. The story concludes with a separate text story, "Soldier of Fortune," depicting a frontier family's encounter with bandits that ends with the father protecting his son from gunfire.
