Captain America traces the missing policemen to a graveyard and with the Falcon's help barely escapes the Gargoyle's stone touch. Falcon then follows the Gargoyle to the villain's headquarters while Cap meets with Nick Fury and Sharon Carter in SHIELD's helicarrier.
