Captain Aero, a pilot working on a super-glider contest, is recruited by the Red Cross to help stop a gang of juvenile criminals led by "Speck" O'Donnell who are engaged in skuldduggery near the railroad tracks. General Williams attends the glider contest as an honored guest, and Captain Aero agrees to help stop the criminals. After donning his Red Cross costume, Aero infiltrates the gang's operation and learns they had previously bombed a war plant and are now being hunted by Nazi U-boats attacking shipping along the Atlantic coast. Captain Aero works to thwart both the criminal gang and the Nazi threat to American security.
