While trying to preserve evidence at the crime scene, Candy and her friend Ted accidentally damage property and create comedic mishaps. Later, Candy and her friends organize a fundraising effort at the Sweet Shoppe, collecting money for a "Ted Dawson Get Well Campaign," with various characters contributing ideas and donations, including caramel kisses, coins, and suggestions for gifts like a violin.
