A college student named Wendy spreads malicious gossip about her classmates Bob McLean and Bea Kimball out of jealousy, publicly retracting her lies in a newspaper column after realizing the harm she has caused. When Bob forgives her and expresses his true feelings, Wendy finds redemption and a second chance at love.
