Calypso #56
In "Maintenant et à jamais...", the quiet joy of Yann and Barbara as they look forward to their wedding is shadowed by the sudden closure of the shipyard that once defined their town. As Yann journeys to Paris in search of work and Barbara takes on a job as a waitress to support them, their bond strains under the weight of uncertainty and growing distance. The story unfolds with quiet intensity, capturing the fragile hope and mounting tension of a couple tested by circumstance, all rendered in the stark, expressive style of Arédit-Artima.
