Cable & Deadpool #34
Cable stands his ground at the center of this packed, kinetic cover as adversaries close in from every angle — Deadpool raises a weapon behind him, a dark-haired woman levels a rifle at lower left, a red-headed figure crouches at lower right, and two aggressive combatants press in from the upper corners in an all-out confrontation. The cover pencils by Mark Brooks and inks by Jaime Mendoza give the whole scene a sharp, punchy energy that suits the "Falling into Place" chapter perfectly. Fabian Nicieza and Reilly Brown's run on this title consistently delivered this kind of fun, sprawling teamwork-versus-chaos dynamic, and issue #34 looks like no exception.
