Cable #38
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeCable #38 (December 1996) plunges Marvel's time-displaced warrior into the Microverse, and the cover by Ian Churchill and Scott Hanna sets the stakes immediately — a massive, glowing-eyed armored villain looms overhead with grasping hands, while Cable charges forward in full X-Men gear alongside two determined allies flanking him on either side. The energy and scale of the composition do a fine job of conveying that this is no ordinary adventure, with the team looking suitably defiant against a threat that dwarfs them all. Jeph Loeb and Ian Churchill are at the helm for this one, making it a solid chapter in Cable's mid-'90s solo run.
