# Buster Bunny #9 (1951) This issue contains at least two stories. "Buster Rides Again," written by Irwin Shapiro, follows Buster Bunny as he seeks an alternative means of transportation to school after his bicycle breaks. When his teacher Miss Prism cancels a planned school picnic, Buster devises an idea to ride his pet turtle Bozo to school, managing to arrive just as the schoolhouse door closes—only to discover the picnic has been cancelled, leaving him with a valuable lesson about punctuality. "Freddy Frog in Kid Stuff" features Freddy the frog attempting to win a hundred-dollar prize in a cute baby contest at Woodland Park, but his attempts go awry as he causes chaos while transporting babies, ultimately failing in his efforts.
