This issue contains two stories: "A Whale of a Change," in which Leo Lion encounters Willy Whale at the seashore and the two kings of land and sea animals debate whether they could rule the world together, ultimately deciding that land animals should rule the land and sea creatures should rule the sea after a brief fight. The second story features Buster Bunny being captured by goblins in a valley who force him to perform a rabbit trap as a demonstration; Buster escapes by using a tree, knife, and umbrella to create a trap that catches the goblins instead.

After narrowly escaping arrest and accidentally sabotaging the entire station's transmission, the two troublemakers attempt an elaborate cover-up with fresh fish as an alibi, only to discover their misadventure has been broadcast on the evening news.
