The issue contains two stories: "Robin Hood" depicts the outlaw's defense against charges of cattle rustling in the town of Gunsight, where he reveals evidence that another man, Ben Kelsey, is responsible for the crimes. "The Great Cat" follows an Egyptian pharaoh's magician, Sutsu, who transforms into a powerful black cat to combat the pharaoh Mekka's plans to weaken the kingdom, though Sutsu is ultimately revealed to be just an ordinary cat.
