In one sequence, Smilin' Ed's weight causes chaos during a television studio show, with various props and set pieces being destroyed as Ed throws his weight around, resulting in the cancellation of the Buster Brown Television Show. Another story follows three friends—Jinni, Kulah, and Meena—as they explore a dark cave and encounter a giant octopus and the evil Octo, the underwater king; the Jinni uses a thunderbolt to defeat the monster and free himself from its deadly tentacles. A third story depicts Mon Brave, a military commandant, who escapes his Nazi captors and makes a daring run for freedom, ultimately evading enemy fire to reach the Americans as instructed.
