Harvey's teen queen Bunny presides over one of the most cheerfully surreal covers of 1969 — a giant teacup serves as a swimming pool, with Bunny herself doing a graceful handstand right in the middle of it while a crowd of hip teens in swimwear dances, splashes, and reacts all around her. Hy Eisman's cover art is packed with playful speech bubbles, pun-filled captions ("It's a Boss'd in Tea Party!"), and the kind of go-go energy that perfectly captures the mod teen spirit Harvey was going for with its tagline "She's Hip!
