The issue is an anthology containing at least two stories. "The Looneys—What a Family!" features the chaotic Looney family dealing with water problems in their apartment building, where ice from their rink is mysteriously melting and causing flooding that affects every landlord in town. A separate story depicts a boy named Bobby who becomes lost in a snowstorm while traveling with a dog named King and must be rescued by search parties who locate him and revive him with warm provisions.
