Brigade Mondaine #1
This volume collects the second album of the 1980s French crime series Brigade Mondaine, following the investigations of a special police unit in Paris. Originally serialized in the magazine Pilote, the story blends gritty realism with social commentary, focusing on the dark underbelly of the city's orphan trade. The edition is part of Garancière's reprint series of the classic bande dessinée run by writer Pierre Christin and artist Jean-Claude Mézières.
Le marché aux orphelines" is the first issue of Brigade Mondaine, published in 1982 by Garancière. The story features the work of writer Moloch and artist Marcel Uderzo, who also handled inking, coloring, and lettering, with the cover created by Uderzo in both pencils and inks.
