Janice is married to Andy Fowler. George Nichols is the sales manager at the textile firm where Andy works and also happens to be one of Janice's ex-flames. Andy invites George over for dinner to help his chances for a promotion, but when George is alone with Janice, he makes it clear he is going to have his vengeance on Janice by holding Andy back. Andy wants to confront George, but Janice gets the idea of inviting George's boss, Mr. Jason, to dinner. While there Janice suggests that Andy show Mr. Jason his sales ideas. Mr. Jason likes Andy's ideas and promotes him to regional sales manager.
