Bride of the Water God #11
Mi-Kyung Yun's lushly painted manhwa continues with this eleventh volume, and the cover alone makes a compelling case for the series' visual richness — a crown-wearing figure in sweeping crimson and black robes unfurls a delicate scroll at a lacquered table, while a massive white tiger with striking blue eyes presides regally behind him. The interplay of regal court aesthetics and mythological creature gives the image a quietly commanding atmosphere that suits the series' blend of divine intrigue and human emotion. A fine addition to one of the more beautifully rendered fantasy series to come out of 2012.
