David and Penny are planning to go to Mexico together, but are gunned down by DeFazio's henchmen because David owes him money. Penny hears voices claiming to be God telling her she has been chosen for a mission and is returned to life. When the henchmen discover she is still alive, they attack again, but Penny discovers she now has superhuman speed and strength.
