Brats Bizarre #4

Part of Marvel's Epic Comics Heavy Hitters line, this 1994 issue of Brats Bizarre closes out with a cover that throws everything at the wall — a red-skinned devil-like figure, a blue brute absorbing an energy blast, a snarling green-handed fighter, and a ghoulish zombie-type character all pile into a frenzied brawl. The tagline "Once More Unto the Hive!" promises a wild, pulpy finish to this offbeat series, and the kinetic chaos on display makes good on that energy. A free Heavy Hitters trading card tucked inside is a nice bonus for fans of this wonderfully weird corner of the 1994 Epic Comics universe.
