From Ernst and Zidrou comes this thoroughly chaotic fifth volume of Boule à Zéro, subtitled Le nerf de la guerre. The cover says it all: a room reduced to colorful mayhem, with a cast of kids — including the signature shaved-headed Boule — surrounded by splattered paint, scattered tools, an upturned ladder, and what appears to be a very unfinished renovation project. It's the kind of gleeful domestic disaster that has made this Bamboo Édition series such a delight for young readers since its launch.
