Booster Gold #11
In "Vicious Cycle, Part One," Booster Gold steps into a twisted version of Gotham City where Batman never existed, forcing him to take on Killer Moth’s role in a heist that reshapes history—only to find that even his changes aren’t enough to fix the timeline. Written by Chuck Dixon and illustrated by Dan Jurgens, with inks by Norm Rapmund and colors by Hi-Fi, the issue sees Booster and Rip Hunter return to the past once more, this time with Booster posing as Batman, only to face an unforeseen threat in the Batcave. The cover, by Dan Jurgens and Norm Rapmund, captures the tension of this pivotal moment in a 2.99 USD comic from 2008.

When time-traveller Wiley Dalbert accidentally creates a Gotham City where Batman doesn't exist, the time masters set out to restore the proper timeline. Booster Gold takes Killer Moth's place in a heist where Dalbert encountered Batman, Robin, and Batgirl, and changes the events, but doesn't restore Gotham. So Rip Hunter takes Booster back in time again, this time to stand in for Batman, but they meet an unexpected foe in the Batcave.
