Through her dreams, Faith discovers that Hiranio's White Rabbit project is a contagion that kills humans and then dissipates, leaving no trace. With the help of Jim Alley, she contacts her mother on the spirit plane and is told that her current quest for vengeance will kill both of them. Faith continues to use her dreams to kill the scientists from the White Rabbit Project and she recieves a new animal tattoo for each one. When Hirano himself attacks her for the death of his people, she uses the power of the tattoos to escape with her boyfriend, Josh.
