Bob Steele #5

Bob Steele uncovers a cattle-rustling operation run by the outlaw Bull Kenner, who uses a tunnel under the border to move stolen herds to the other side. After discovering that Bull Kenner has also been behind recent shootings targeting a local doctor's office, Bob infiltrates an underground city where Kenner has hidden stolen cattle and equipment. Bob battles Kenner's gang in the caverns, ultimately defeating them and recovering the stolen livestock while preventing further harm to the territory.
