The "Road to Nowhere" arc reaches its peak in this 2018 DC Universe issue as Jaime Reyes — visible in his Blue Beetle armor inside a gleaming golden pocket watch — faces the final showdown with Stopwatch, whose enormous, crackling, yellow-veined face dominates the cover with unsettling intensity. A second, smaller Blue Beetle figure tumbles within the watch's face, suggesting the hero is very much caught in the villain's grip. Scott Kolins's bold linework and Romulo Fajardo Jr.'s electric color palette make this one of the more visually striking covers of the series.
