Bloodshot #32
☆ Be the first to review + Add to your collection — Join freeThe "Birthouake" arc reaches issue #32 of Valiant's Bloodshot with a cover by Sean Chen and Dick Giordano that pulls no punches — Bloodshot himself grimaces in the foreground, his red-circle chest insignia unmistakable, while a snarling, red-eyed vampire looms beside him and two more figures — one blonde and screaming, another dark-haired and menacing — crash through a shattering environment above them. The story title "Vampires in the Village" promises exactly the kind of supernatural collision the cover delivers, blending Bloodshot's nanite-powered toughness against a very different breed of threat. Writer Kevin VanHook and artist Sean Chen kept Valiant's 1995 lineup sharp and kinetic, and this issue looks like a wild ride through that tension.
