Chic Young's beloved suburban comedy comes to Harvey Comics in this April 1958 installment, where the cover alone promises plenty of domestic chaos — Dagwood stands wide-eyed in front of a bullseye target, bow in hand and an arrow apparently having just grazed his nose, while a horrified Blondie throws up her hands in alarm and the family dog Daisy cowers at his feet. It's a perfectly timed snapshot of Dagwood's hapless good intentions gone sideways, rendered with the warm, expressive line work Young brought to every page.
